"Update: I have been using Todd Brinza’s State Farm for several years now and couldn’t be happier! Everyone in the office is friendly and ready to help. Brooke is my go to person and she is great about checking in and responding quickly to any concerns or info I might need. If you are looking for an agent that is local and can give you white glove treatment for a reasonable price, this agency is for you!
I have been using them for my insurance needs for the past year and could not be happier. Every time I have a question, Brooke is quick to respond. "Todd Brinza is our agent with State Farm. We had a fire on Sunday. Monday morning went to the office at 9am. By 10am the cleaning cre w was at the house. By 1pm the adjuster was here. In this horrible time in our life State Farm and Todd has been absolutely amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for insurance. "On 1/2/26, we received notice that our HOA had dropped insurance on the exteriors of our units in our community starting 1/1/26!!!
We received our mail late on a Friday afternoon, so we were not thinking that we could get our insurance issue resolved until the following Monday morning. However, I sent an email to our agent who insured us for our interior, thinking that we would hear from him on Monday.
But surprise! Todd called us that evening, he took the time to listen to us and he worked with us to resolve and ease our concerns. He actually was able to insure us even better than we could hope for.
We really appreciate Todd taking the time on his Friday evening, he eased our minds- we didn't want to be without insurance over a weekend.

"When we first switched to Todd, he made it super easy and explained everything to us for our policies. After a storm we had a large cleanup on our hands and Todd made is easy for us to get the help we needed. "Our area in Terre Haute was recently devastated by a shear wind that blasted through. I had a large sycamore tree uproot and land on top of my house. My insurance agent Todd Brinza worked day and night on his claims to have the damages repaired. He had a tree crew out to remove the tree from my house within a day and a half. The waiting period for help was horrendous, but I was one of the few people that not only had the tree removed, it was cut up, hauled away and my yard raked. He also had my insurance recovery money digitally delivered 3 days after the tree removal so that I wouldn't have the processing and mailing time to wait.
I feel so blessed to have Todd as my Statefarm Insurance agent. Thank you so much, Todd!"
